**Economy shipping doesn't include tracking after a package has been handed to a destination country/region's carrier.
The usual order dispatch time (the time between the order being placed and it being mailed out is the dispatch time) is 1 to 3 business days** (not including weekends and public holidays) from the date the order is placed. (**During September - March period, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand).
Delivery time: Standard delivery time for most of the shipments is 5-12 business days once dispatched. (May be longer depending on the destination, local customs clearance or around major public holidays). We reserve up to 15 business days for delivery. (Not including weekends and public holidays). Registered Airmail delivery time 4-10 business days once dispatched. International delivery time is approximately 10 to 30 business days. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimated and subject to change without notice.
Missing, Damaged or Delays with delivery
GoAmber is not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Return, Amending or Cancelling an Order
Please note that once your order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. We generally prepare your order for despatch immediately, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order as it could have already been despatched. In this case, you would have to return your order once you've received it. If the package is still within our premises, we charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return the unused item within 7 days for a refund or replacement, excluding postage costs. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Used items can't be returned or refunded.
Our amber products come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If there's an issue within this period, we'll repair or replace the item, excluding damage from abuse or normal wear. We don't offer repairs for worn jewelry, and accidental damage isn't covered.
Refunds are processed quickly, usually within a week after we receive the return. This includes transit time (3 to 7 business days), processing time (1 to 3 business days), and your bank's refund processing time (4 to 7 business days).
Buyers are responsible for return costs, whether the items are broken, damaged, or replacements. Postage prices are non-refundable. Returns are considered case by case. Undelivered packages that are returned to our workshop are automatically refunded, less our shipping charges. No replacements or refunds are available after 90 days.
Comments: We have our very own warehouses located in Tallinn (Estonia), Stockholm (Sweden), Frankfurt (Germany), Krakow (Poland), Riga (Latvia), making it easier for suppliers to organize materials for production, optimize shipping and delivery. All orders are shipped from either our workshop or warehouse in Europe.
